Owner, Lead Planner
With an extensive background in graphic arts and interior design, Angela began her career in various hospitality and planning roles—from boutique hotel affairs to grand scale galas. Immersed in the industry for over 14 years, Angela discovered a passion for the marriage of design and hospitality. Her creative path led her to independent work with clients, where the blend of her experience and her amazing “eye” come together to create unforgettable events and cherished, lifelong memories.
Love & Lemons’ own happily-ever-after story began when Angela (one new husband and two pups in tow) moved to Seattle from Phoenix in 2015 to start her family and further her career in hospitality and event creation. Still a glowing newlywed herself, she launched Love & Lemons to plan and design dream weddings around the Pacific Northwest.
As Angela continues to grow into this profession, she loves the challenge of transformation—taking a client’s idea and creating a unique representation that transcends the traditional. Her own style develops every day—currently she loves unique color combinations and mismatching natural materials and textures.
Taina, the freshest addition to the Love & Lemons team, modeled as a bride for one of Angela’s beautifully styled shoots and has been working as an associate planner ever since. Although a Pacific Northwest native, her modeling career brought her down the coast to Southern California where she went to college and developed her interest and affinity for hospitality and event planning.
Traveling as a model and working with a diverse set of creative types has contributed to her highly artistic eye and her ease of communication with all kinds of personalities. That, coupled with her organized professionalism and a love for creating memorable, everlasting experiences makes her a perfect fit for Love & Lemons.
Taina is newly engaged and is looking forward to enjoying the process of becoming a bride, herself! Her dream wedding is on a vineyard in the sunshine and can’t wait to apply her “insider” knowledge to her own best day ever.
